Why Should I Choose Your Company?

What is a Certified Résumé Writer?
Certified Résumé Writers have earned this designation after studying and passing an examination that demonstrates their abilities in developing strategic Résumés. In other words, professional writers with PARW (Professional Association of Resume Writers) designation have demonstrated to the Professional Association of Résumé  Writers & Career Coaches that they can write Résumé is well-structured, that your words, ideas, and images flow clearly for the hiring manager, and that spelling, usage or grammatical construction are correct.

As qualified professionals, we know how to write Résumés that will market your potential to employers and get you interviews. If you are not an experienced Résumé writer or recruiter, you should consider hiring a professional Résumé writer as an investment in your future. Why doesn't your website provide samples?
Because successful Résumés are unique and say very personal things about their job applicants. While we can all learn from examples we believe that each Résumé has to be as unique as the person it represents. We steer away from the clichéd Résumé phrases you'll find on "professional"  Résumés. We also know that hiring executives are quite aware of cut-and-paste Résumés. Simply put, you don't want your Résumé packed with the clichés that everyone else is using. We want you to focus on what you want to say, not on what someone else has already said.

What are your prices?
While we are not the most expensive Résumé service on the market, we're not bargain-basement priced, either. That's because our Résumé representative you work with is a professional in their respective field. We focus on providing you with the skilled services – with as much time and work as is necessary – so that you walk away from the process with a Résumé and cover letter that are the best they can be and persuasively represent your value to prospective employers.

Our prices range from $30 to $299 for students and new professionals and $40 to $336 for experienced professionals. However, we do offer special discounts and package pricing to all of our potential clients. Please visit the "Prices" page for a thorough description of our services and pricing

What can I expect if I sign up with you?
Exceptional service that will move you closer to your career goal. Our Résumé consultants have each made over 1,000 hiring decisions within their areas of specialization and our editors have all passed the rigorous Certified Professional Résumé Writer examination.

How do I get started?

Are you available weekends and evenings?
All of our consultants keep evening and weekend hours.

What is your company's turnaround time?
After you upload any necessary documents and fill out our questionnaire, you will receive the first draft of your new Résumé within five business days. You will have the opportunity to work with your writer on unlimited revisions through our message board and database for up to three months. Turnaround time for each subsequent revision is two to five business days.

What is your Résumé writing process?
After signing up you will fill out a questionnaire and upload any necessary existing documents into our database. A customer service representative will then review your information and send you an email indicating the due date for your first draft. One of our writers will then review all of your information and email or call you if he or she has any additional questions. Your writer will then compose your first draft and upload it to our database. This will take no more than five business days. You will get an email notifying you once your Résumé has been uploaded. You will then have the opportunity to inspect your first draft and request revisions. Your writer will then continue to revise your documents for up to three months until you are completely satisfied. Turnaround time for each subsequent revision is two to five business days.

Do you provide free services?
We are extremely devoted to providing services to emancipated youth, and the long-term unemployed. Our founder, Mr. Crosby became involved with youth while consulting for IBM at the Department of Children and Family Services. He is committed to ensuring individuals accelerate themselves beyond their expectations.

Can you further help me in my job search?
You are at the right site as we provide full-time employment support and consulting services. Our consultants will assist you in overcoming obstacles to separate you from your competitors. Are your services tax deductible?
You may be able to claim all of your job-search expenses, including costs related to the preparation of Résumés and cover letters, as itemized deductions.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, job-search expenses are deductions which are subject to a limit of 2% of your adjusted gross income. You can deduct certain expenses related to looking for a new job in your present occupation, even if you do not get a new job. You cannot deduct these expenses if:
 

You are looking for a job in a new occupation.

There was a substantial break between the ending of your last job and the beginning of your search for a new one.

You are seeking employment for the first time.

Finally, you can deduct amounts you spend on typing, printing, and mailing copies of your Résumé  to prospective employers if you are looking for a new job in your present occupation.
