Crosby & Associates, LLC offers outplacement services to clients interested in reducing risks of litigation or other transitional issues associated with employee terminations, operational downsizing or plant closures.

We offer customized solutions to develop the terminated employees' skills, knowledge and attitude toward making a successful transition in their work life and to show the employer's concern and respect under potentially contentious conditions.

We have the experience and cultural sensitivity to offer a variety of options to meet you and your employee's transitional needs. Although we will conduct outplacement projects at our corporate offices, we prefer to conduct them at our client's sites to minimize employee downtime during potentially demanding times.

We offer a free initial consultation in order to better determine what your needs are. With that we can develop a customized program of on-site or off-site career development workshops for people who will be displaced from their job and need the skills, knowledge, and morale building reinforcement that is essential for an effective transition.

PROGRAM COMPONENTS
